Image Details -> Nikon D850, 50mm @ f/1.4, 8 seconds exposure,  ISO 400

This was the last Astrophotography Workshop for Summer 2018, and despite the strong wind and the small temperature drop of the last days, during the 1st night of photo shooting, the participants learned how to find the Milky Way Galaxy Core, how to identify constellations and stars on the night sky and how to focus accurately on the dark.

During the 2nd night of photo shooting, we saw and captured the Perseids Meteor Shower, a magnificent show of the summer night sky ! We also created two (2) timelapses of the meteor shower with the Cinetics Lynx 3-axis motion control system. The lenses we used were the Tokina Firin 20mm F/2 AF,  the Tokina 24-70mm F/2.8 and others.. All lenses had attached the light pollution filter from Hoya, the Red Enhancer Ra54.

During the next weeks I will announce the dates of the new workshops ! Stay tuned !
